Click & Collect from Sam's Cold Store (Lowestoft)

Our Lowestoft warehouse is mainly "Click & Collect" i.e. most orders must be placed and paid online or over the phone before arriving to collect. Orders will not be ready to collect until at least half an hour after ordering. We will send you an e-mail when your order is ready to collect (please check your spam folder). If you are in urgent need then please contact us. There is also a display of small bags and raw food in the shop.

Sam's Cold Store, Hadenham Road, South Lowestoft Ind Est, Lowestoft, Suffolk, NR33 7NF. (the collection point is the Fresh Fish Shop at the front of the building).

Usual Fish Shop opening hours: 7am-12pm Monday, 7am-3pm Tuesday-Friday  (exc. bank holidays) and on Saturdays 7am-12pm but our warehouse is closed weekends so only orders placed by midday the Friday beforehand will be ready for collection.
