Registered Breeders - Ordering Puppy Packs

To receive complimentary puppy packs please complete the Puppy Litter Registration Form on your breeder account. Once approved we will send the complimentary puppy packs to you.

Alternatively, if you prefer, it is fine to email the KC registration numbers and the details of the new owners (their name, address, contact details and email address) to us. If you don't have these details yet, please place an order for your puppy packs and we will reimburse the puppy packs once you have submitted the new owner details.

To save postal charges and the environment, we kindly ask for our members to submit their new litter form at the same time as placing their regular food order. Then we can add the packs to your order (if possible depending on the total weight of items ordered). Please then place the regular order 'on hold' and inform us that you've sent your fully completed litter form and we can add the packs to your order.
