Returning your items for a refund
All items bought from us may be returned up to 30 days from the date of delivery. All returned items must be received in an as-new, resalable condition. We offer refunds as long as the goods are in a resalable condition.
Please make a note of your order number and the reason for returning your parcel and include this information inside the parcel. Please obtain proof of postage as refunds will be issued on receipt of the returned goods which are suitable for resale. Items returned to us in non-resalable condition or items lost in transit are non-refundable. Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of returns for non-defective items.
We recommend using Parcel2Go.com or similar which are usually cheaper than the Post Office for items over 2Kg.
