If you wish to cancel or amend your order please log into your account and click on the "Hold My Order" button ASAP. Time is of the essence as otherwise orders are live for picking and may already be in the process of being dispatched. Click here for an instructional video.
After clicking that button please e-mail cancel@akela.co.uk (please only use this e-mail address for cancellations/amendments) with details of what you would like to change/cancel and we will endeavour to edit your order (not guaranteed as it may already have been dispatched).
If your order has the below status then it is already too late to be cancelled/amended before dispatch but can be returned for a refund after arrival:
Transmitted to Warehouse Management System (or similar)
Amendments are usually dealt with in the same way as cancellations.
