Occasionally we may need to supply food in different pack sizes to those that you ordered. For example, if we are out of stock of large bags of food we may have to supply it in multiple smaller bags instead.
We will usually advise you of this beforehand but if there is no time to spare before the same day dispatch deadline then this may not be possible.
