Dispatch Timeframe

WholePrey.com & CountryKibble.co.uk orders:

We aim to dispatch orders for in-stock items placed before 2pm (12pm for Country Kibble) on the same working day (Mon-Fri excluding bank holidays). We strive to consistently meet this target but we cannot guarantee doing so due to growing demand for our products and unforeseen circumstances on certain occasions. We therefore strongly advise ordering supplies well before you run out. We offer an expedited service for an extra £1 for priority processing.

If you do run out of food then we would advise contacting a local stockist or feeding raw/cooked meat and cooked mashed pumpkin / butternut squash / sweet potato in the meantime.

NetPetShop.co.uk orders:

Please see the individual product pages for the dispatch lead-time for the products that you are ordering. The dispatch lead-time will be the slowest of any products in the same basket. Please place separate orders for any products that you wish to be dispatched separately.

Delivery Timeframe:

Once your item has been dispatched it should be delivered within the estimated timeframe stated for your chosen delivery option. This is not guaranteed and refunds will only be made in the case of non-delivery i.e. whole order cancellation.
