Click & Collect from our Lowestoft Factory Outlet

Our Lowestoft warehouse is primarily "Click & Collect" i.e. to shop from our whole range please place your order online and select the collection option. Please allow at least half an hour after ordering before arriving to collect, to allow us time to print and pick your order. We will send you an e-mail when your order is ready to collect (please check your spam folder). If you are in urgent need then please contact us. There is also a limited display of stock in the shop (if you can't find what you are looking for then we can usually bring it down from our warehouse upstairs).

Usual Shop opening hours are below (exc. bank holidays):

Mon 8am-12pm          Tues&Thurs 9am-2:30pm

Wed&Fri 8am-3pm     Sat&Sun CLOSED

Our warehouse is closed on weekends so only orders placed by midday the Friday beforehand will be ready for collection.
