We use MSC-certified sustainable fish wherever possible. Many of the fish are wild and line-caught e.g. Herring, White Fish (Cod, Haddock, Hake, Plaice and Pollock) and Tuna.
As all of the meat and fish ingredients that we buy are human-grade, we are dependent on the human food supply chain. Approximately 95% of the salmon sold in the UK is farmed (similar for trout). Therefore the majority of the salmon and trout that we use is farmed but may include organic and wild salmon where available.
