Any extra spaces entered before or after postcodes or e-mail addresses will cause an error message. All spaces should be removed before trying again. One space in the middle of the postcode is fine (as per standard British and Irish formats).
The other most common reason for obtaining no delivery options is selecting raw frozen food to a destination that we do not cover yet. Our frozen raw food is only currently available in the UK as we have to use a next-day delivery service to keep it frozen.
Delivery quotes will also not be available if attempting to checkout with a mixed basket of products e.g. treats and dry kibble if one of the items is only in stock at the factory. Please check the stock message next to each product you are attempting to order.
